Michael Brady is the owner and founder of A+ Financial Services, LLC. He has more than fifteen years of experience providing tax consulting and accounting services for individuals and closely held businesses. He specializes in family owned businesses, in which he evaluates their financial health, provides practical advice to streamline operations, and develops a transition plan for the next generation. He manages a diversified practice of individuals, not-for-profit entities and family businesses in many industries. Michael is regularly involved with assisting his clients identify opportunities to reduce their tax footprint as well as providing business consulting and strategic planning advice.

Our Firm

Focusing on client needs is the guiding standard of Michael Brady, who founded the firm in Hamden, CT in 2003. We bring our accounting services directly to our customers’ locations in order to acquire the in-depth company knowledge and ongoing communication needed to meet their business needs.
It’s a very hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment where we work directly side-by-side with the customer in most cases. We’re different from the Big Four and most other accounting firms in that much of our work is on-site. Other accounting companies do all of their work at their location, but we do it at the client’s location as much as possible. It helps us understand who our clients are and what makes their business click. You can't get that sitting at your own desk.
The bulk of A+ Financial Services business involves the traditional services of accounting, consulting, tax returns and reviews for businesses and non-profit organizations, as well as individuals. Its business customer base encompasses various industries such as construction and contracting, manufacturing and distribution, grocery and food services, and professional services. A+ Financial Services, LLC prides itself on staying on top of all of the changing financial rules and regulations in these industries.
In addition to these mainstays of the accounting industry, A+ Financial Services, LLC also provides valuation and transition planning, payroll services, and technology solutions. This last division of the company helps customers identify their accounting and business software needs, then provides software and/or hardware selection, network setup, staff training and support, data backup and maintenance, disaster recovery planning, and remote technical support.
Our Approach
Since 2003 A+ Financial Services, LLC has been assisting clients at their place of business because there is no better way to understand how a client operates than to jump right in and see for oneself.
We prefer to get our hands dirty because it enables us to foresee any problems that may arise and fix them before they get out of control. Our approach might not be the norm, but it enables us to quickly and promptly deliver unbeatable service when so many other companies are moving away from this personal style.
